A letter from the founder
I didn’t start FLO because the world needed another plumbing company. I started FLO because I believed there was a better way to build one.
I found my faith, and it changed how I look at purpose, responsibility, and success. I love my family, our people, our churches, and the communities we call home. And I have hope for what this company can become.
I hope FLO succeeds because success gives us the ability to do more good: to support our employees and their families, to create lasting careers, to give homeowners peace of mind, and to show up for our neighbors.
I don’t know exactly how big this company will become. But I know what I want it to stand for.
