The FLO Difference

Anyone can say they’re the best.

We’d rather show you what makes us different.

Not just better plumbing. A better standard of care.

When something goes wrong with your plumbing, you have options. A plumber, a plumbing company, or sometimes even a handyman may be able to fix what’s leaking, clogged, broken, or making that strange noise.

We’re not going to tell you nobody else can fix your plumbing. That’s not what makes FLO different.

Because when you invite someone into your home, you’re trusting them with more than a repair. You’re trusting the person standing in your kitchen, how they treat your family, the recommendations they make, the price they charge, and what happens if something goes wrong.

We believe those things matter just as much as the plumbing itself.

Not just what we fix. Who we are. How we treat you. And what happens after we leave.

Our promise

We don’t believe fixing your plumbing is enough to earn your trust. We believe how we treat you is what earns the right to come back.

01

Understanding people

We train our people to understand people.

Most people expect a plumber to know plumbing. So do we. But we believe someone entering your home should understand more than pipes, drains and water heaters.

That’s why FLO’s planned employee-development standards include education in senior care, dementia and Alzheimer’s awareness, disability etiquette, autism and sensory awareness, mental health, grief, respectful communication and de-escalation.

Not every customer communicates the same way. Some people need a little more time. Some need things explained differently. Some are caring for a loved one, living with a disability, or dealing with an unusually difficult day.

“You shouldn’t have to fit into the way your plumber communicates. Your plumber should know how to communicate with you.”

02

Earning your trust

We care who walks through your door.

Being skilled at plumbing isn’t enough to earn someone’s trust. We believe character, accountability, professionalism and personal conduct matter.

Our company standards are being built around background screening, drug screening, safety education, professional conduct expectations, and accountability for how employees behave inside customers’ homes.

We want you to feel comfortable with the person standing at your door, not simply confident that they know how to use their tools.

“We’re not just hiring people to fix plumbing. We’re building a team worthy of being invited into your home.”

03

Respecting your home

The job isn’t done when the water comes back on.

A repaired pipe matters. So does whether your questions were answered, your home was respected, you understood what you paid for, and the technician left the work area clean.

FLO’s proposed performance and accountability standards recognize more than completed jobs and sales. We want employees rewarded for quality workmanship, responsible decisions, customer satisfaction, professionalism and doing what’s right.

“Getting the job done and taking care of the customer should never be two separate things.”

04

Being there after the repair

We want to be there after the repair.

Too many plumbing relationships begin when something breaks and end when the invoice is paid. We believe there’s a better way.

That’s why we built FLO HomeCare: programs around preventive inspections, documentation, maintenance, and helping homeowners understand their plumbing.

Our Lifetime Repair Warranty protects qualifying enrolled FLO repairs, including ordinary wear and deterioration, while paid coverage remains active and subject to the agreement’s exclusions. It’s offered by your technician after service.

“Our goal isn’t to disappear after the job. It’s to build a relationship you can count on for years.”

05

Taking responsibility

When something goes wrong, accountability matters.

Every company makes promises while trying to earn your business. We believe the real test comes afterward: when you have a question, something doesn’t seem right, or you need someone to return.

We want FLO to be a company that answers, communicates clearly, takes concerns seriously, and stands behind its responsibilities.

“That doesn’t mean nothing will ever go wrong. It means we’re committed to taking ownership when something does.”

The standard we’re building

We’re not asking you to believe we’re the best.

We’re asking you to look at what we believe a plumbing company should be.

  • A company that invests in its people.
  • A company that respects your family.
  • A company that values honesty over pressure.
  • A company that cares about your home long after the repair.
  • A company that understands the person matters as much as the problem.
  • A company that holds itself accountable to the standards it promises.

That’s the company we’re building.
Make better normal.

Not because we think every other plumber is doing it wrong. But because we believe homeowners deserve a different kind of plumbing experience.
